48-hour fermented sourdough with a crackly crust and an open, tangy crumb.
Soft-scrambled eggs and aged cheddar on a toasted brioche bun.
Light, citrusy olive oil cake with a lemon syrup soak.
Espresso, oat milk and real Vermont maple syrup.
How we bake

Our sourdough rests for 48 hours before it ever sees the oven, for deeper flavor and an easier-to-digest loaf.

Every bakery has its own ovens. Bread and pastries are baked on site from 4 AM, never shipped in.

Cultured butter, stone-ground flour and seasonal fruit. Nothing on the menu needs an ingredient you can’t pronounce.
